Blood pressure regulation, unexplained fainting, or rare disorders of the body’s Autonomic – or involuntary – nervous system are assessed by controlled postural manoeuvres on a Tilt Table. Medication infusion is used is some circumstances. The responses of the blood pressure, heart rate, heart rhythm, and symptoms are all gauged.
